Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – Southern California Edison is telling drivers to stock up, gas up, and charge up before heading to or from Las Vegas Wednesday night.
Between 10pm Wednesday and 10am Thursday, all power will be shut down along I-15 from the Nevada-California state line to south of Baker.
The power is being turned off for what are called “reliability upgrades”.
During the outage periods, services such as restaurants, gas stations, and electric vehicle charging ports around Baker will not be available.
