Two tornadoes touched down late Sunday afternoon, one near Mesquite, the other near Littlefield, AZ. The rare site was captured and posted on many social media platforms. No damage or injuries were reported.

Tornadoes are very rare in Southern Nevada. The last time there was a tornado warning issued was back in 2007.

The storm that produced the tornado also brought severe weather as it headed south through the eastern part of the county, but there were no reports of flooding or major damage.
