PHILADELPHIA (WIP Sportsradio) — Bryce and Kayla Harper announced they are having a baby Monday on Instagram.
"Philly raised little man will be! #BabyHarper," Harper posted.

Harper gushed about his new city on 94WIP last month.
"Like I said, are the schools good?" he asked. "Are the hospitals good? Could I see my family growing up here? I mean, for me, when I have kids one day they can say they're from Philly. That means something to people and for me to be able to say that, that's what it's all about.
"I don't know, I haven't lived in Philly or anything like that, but the sense that I get is that it's like a big neighborhood. People really understand, they care. They care about their neighbor, they understand it."
