PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — This week on Flashpoint: Host and KYW Community Affairs reporter Cherri Gregg asks the burning questions about the many changes implemented in the Philadelphia region in 2019 and the impact going forward. 

The big story of the week was the appointment of Danielle Outlaw as Philadelphia's police commissioner. She is the first Black woman to fill the role, but she joins Black women in other key criminal justice positions.
