He loves Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
And it's pretty obvious if you listen to him describe his outfit: "I have a Reese's hat, and I have a Reese's keychain (on a Reese's lanyard) under my hoodie. It's like in the shape of a Reese's, except it has gold painting (on the back) and orange and yellow painting (on the front). It says 'Reese's' and 'milk chocolate peanut butter cups.'"
He still has a few years of high school left. Then comes college. And he already has a very specific career plan.
"(I want to be) either a parasitologist — a person who studies parasites — or a pathologist. I think they study what (disease) a person has. Or I could just be both," he said.
But it doesn't end there.
"And I want to be a YouTuber and a video game designer," he said.
To do all of that, he says, he's going to need the support of a forever family.
"It's important, because a family can lead you to the right direction. If I don't have a family, I probably won't be in the right direction, because I won't have a role model to lead me in the right direction."
Rashad says he wants a family that will treat him with respect. Beyond that, he does have one request. He'd like a pet.
"A husky puppy. Those are my favorite kind of dogs."
