SET NoLibs opened at 1030 N. Second St., across the street from The Piazza.
“Tacos and bar sliders. We try to do a little bit of flavor differently — we have a bulgogi cheesesteak. We have pepper and onions in there, we have teriyaki sauce. We also have a tempura shrimp and tempura fish that are amazing, and our banh mi chicken sliders.”
As for opening during a pandemic, Conquest said the restaurant was already in the works prior to COVID-19.
“We weren't going to let coronavirus stop us, obviously,” he added.
Still, Conquest is wholeheartedly embracing all the changes to the dining industry because he believes those changes are here to stay.
“Getting comfortable with our new world. Obviously, with coronavirus, everything's going to be different, but we have to make that our norm — the face masks, distance between customers.”
