PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — When Phillies fans go to the ballpark for opening day on Thursday, they'll find more food options than ever before.
During a media preview Tuesday of the Phillies and Aramark's latest food lineup at Citizens Bank Park, officials debuted the outdoor beer garden and restaurant Pass and Stow — a nod to the Liberty Bell.

"There's a long history with it, but Pass and Stow is a founder in 1753 that actually made the Liberty Bell," explained David Buck, Phillies executive vice president. "I didn't know that at first. It's very Philadelphia, and that's what the Phillies are — very Philadelphia."

The space opens two hours before home games.

Additional foodstuffs include a vegetarian cheesesteak made by music frontman and Philly native Questlove; a donut burger made by Boardwalk Eats, where the glazed donut serves as buns and is topped with cheese, bacon and a spicy cherry-pepper jam; plus healthier options like vegan lettuce wraps or Tandoori chicken wings, located at Harry the K’s Broadcast Bar & Grille.
