March 26, 2019 "There's a long history with it, but Pass and Stow is a founder in 1753 that actually made the Liberty Bell," explained David Buck, Phillies executive vice president. "I didn't know that at first. It's very Philadelphia, and that's what the Phillies are — very Philadelphia."
The space opens two hours before home games.
