Police believe a man lured 5-year-old Dulce away from Bridgeton Park on Sept. 16. Her mother called 911 when they couldn't find her, terror clearly audible in her voice.
"911. What is your emergency?"
"Um, I can't find my daughter."
"When's the last time you seen her?"
"We were here at the park, and people say that somebody probably took her."
Noema Alavez Perez says she was in a car when Dulce and her brother ran to the park.
"When we got here at the park, she wasn't here. They said that my son was just crying cuz his ice cream, somebody spilled his ice cream on the floor, and my daughter just ran away."
And despite extensive searching, police have had no luck finding Dulce. There's now a $35,000 reward, and an Amber Alert is still in effect. Dulce is on the FBI's list of most wanted missing people. Anyone with information is urged to call 911.
