PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The Bellmawr gym that opened this week in defiance of Gov. Phil Murphy's executive order has been shut down.

An orange sticker on the door of the Atilis Gym says the facility has been ordered closed by the Camden County Health Department.

One of the gym's owner's posted a video on Instagram on Thursday morning.

Day 3 Update: @govmurphy has ordered the Bellmawr PD to pull over all patrons of @atilisgymbellmawr and hand them citations for “Violation of the Governor’s Orders” because he doesn’t want the media seeing his shady tactics. Turning free citizens of New Jersey into criminals while letting criminals out of jail. Our legal team will be representing all members and getting all charges dropped at no cost to them. Cowardly, disgusting, and dirty tactics @govmurphy. Share this post, we will not be intimidated by Murphy.

The gym has been cited three times this week for violating the governor's order, and once yesterday for creating a public nuisance.

An attorney for the gym has said he plans to sue the state, claiming the state's shutdown order violates the gym owners' constitutional rights.
