This is the third time the city has posted a closure notice at the camps, but this one goes up with the approval of a federal judge, who rejected an injunction request from the protesters.
The judge required only that city officials give the campers 72 hours notice of closure.
They’ve given nine days and, again, urged homeless people in the encampment to leave voluntarily and take them up on offers of shelter and permanent housing plans.

“I’m going to fight for it,” said Teddy Munson, who has taken them up on it.
He is staying in a Center City hotel, courtesy of the Office of Homeless Services, but he goes back to the camp on the Parkway every day and says he’d fight to keep it there.
“Fight for it, for the people. Nobody’s going anywhere,” he said.
Organizers declined to comment on what their next step will be.
