PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are searching for someone suspected of shooting a man to death and wounding two women in the city's Kensington section.
Authorities say it happened around 3 a.m. Monday on D Street and Indiana Avenue.
Police Chief Inspector Scott Small says officers saw the crime happen in real time on cameras stationed at local busineses. They say the victims were standing around a red vehicle when the shooting began.
Small says at least nine shots were fired from a semi-automatic weapon.
The man died at the scene, and the women were taken to a hospital in critical condition.
