Lower Gwynned Township Police say Dominic Herder was walking home intoxicated and saw a school bus on Welsh Road picking up students. Herder told police he thought the bus would get him closer to home, so he jumped aboard.
The bus drove to the high school. Herder went into the school, where a school resource officer confronted him. Police say he ran from the school into the parking lot of condominium building nearby. School guards caught Herder there a short time later.
