POTTSTOWN, Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — A Chester County man will stand trial on dozens of charges stemming from allegations he drilled holes in dressing rooms at Target to get pictures and videos of unsuspecting women.

Sean Anderson, 41, wouldn’t answer questions and tried to avoid cameras as he left the courtroom after waiving his preliminary hearing.

His case now moves to the county level, where he faces charges including three counts of child pornography, 56 counts of invasion of privacy, and three counts of creating child pornography.

Prosecutor Bridget Gallagher says they’re serious charges that could carry serious penalties.

“This is in no way victimless crime. If victims are not able to be identified it does not mean they do not exist," Gallagher said.

According to charging documents, Anderson rigged up a piece of wood to hold a drill bit, which investigators say he used to drill holes in the changing rooms. And they say he would plug the holes with a piece of foam to try to hide them.

Investigators say they found 56 images of females in the changing room, in various stages of undress, including six that they say are girls under 18.

Anderson was caught at the Target in West Pottsgrove, but authorities say they believe there were similar actions in other Target stores.
