PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A 35-year-old man is dead after a shooting in Frankford Friday morning.
Philadelphia police responded to a report of a shooting inside a home near the intersection of East Sanger and Tackawanna streets around 10.30 a.m.
When officers arrived, they found the man with gunshot wounds to the chest and other parts of this body. He was rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center by paramedics and pronounced dead a short time later.
One person is in custody and a weapon has been recovered.
