Reading Terminal Market's newest vendor is a gourmet Spanish grocery called A Taste Of Spain, and co-founder Alejandro Carabe says he hopes their presence here brings attention to Spanish culture and cuisine.
"Normally food follows people. There has been very strong settlement from other countries, and it's now time to have a bit of representation in the cuisine map in the city," he explained.
A Taste of Spain offers items such as fresh cured meats and cheeses, as well as olive oils, imported packaged food and Spanish salt.
"And we can explain to you where those products come from, how we use them and part of the culture behind the food," Carabe added.
