Philadelphia police say late Saturday night and early Sunday morning, the vandal sprayed two blue swastikas outside the Coventry Deli at 20th and Market streets, and another one on a building under construction at 23rd and Market streets.
Officers say he also sprayed the word “ROME” with an arrow and swastika on a newsstand at 19th and Market streets.
