
"Once I started acting you know, I really started to feel like this is what I really want to do," he said.
Wolfe and his family moved to Los Angeles about a year ago. His sister, Aniya, began acting at eight and produced her first film at 12.
His dad Travis Wolfe Sr. is a former police officer turned motivational speaker, and his mom Diana keeps them all together, running the family business.
Now Travis Jr. has his time in the spotlight, playing Dele — the son of Abishola, a Nigerian Immigrant who is being courted by 50-year-old sock salesman Bob — in "Bob Hearts Abishola."
"I love it you know, working next to so many great people, just being in the space, being next to people like Chuck Lorre, people who have so much success in the industry, you really can learn so much," he said.
The part is Wolfe's biggest role thus far, and the ratings are solid on the Monday night, 8:30 p.m. time slot.
"If you really love something. even if it gets hard, follow your dreams," he said as advice to other kids with big dreams.
