PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are investigating a killing and two attacks that left two people in the hospital.
Around 9 a.m. Tuesday, police were called to East Chelten Avenue and Anderson Street in Germantown. A 37-year-old man had been shot in the chest and arm, and was rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center. He's in critical condition. An hour later, police found a 44-year-old man near 5th and Dickinson Streets in South Philadelphia. He had been shot seven times, and was rushed to the hospital. He's also in critical condition.
On Monday afternoon, police were called to 55th and Haverford Avenue. Kyle Cortez Davis, 31, was found stabbed to death. That investigation is ongoing.
