PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — There's now a $5,000 reward from the Fraternal Order of Police for a tip that leads to the arrest of a man who police they say punched and raped a woman in LOVE Park early Saturday morning.

Police earlier released SEPTA surveillance images of the suspect.

The 41-year-old victim had just gotten off the El at 15th and Market streets and was walking through LOVE Park when Special Victims Unit Capt. Mark Burgmann says a man snuck up from behind, punched her and raped her.

At that point, he says, the suspect ran through the concourse and the cops lost him.
