GLOUCESTER COUNTY, N.J. (KYW Newsradio) — Gloucester County health officials say a pair of rabid skunks have been found in Washington Township.

Both surfaced on Sunday — one along Crater Court and the other near County House Road.

The usual cautions are in effect for area residents, including protecting children and pets from high-risk wildlife.

Also, make sure pets have been vaccinated against rabies. A free clinic is scheduled in Deptford at the Public Works garage on Hurffville Road on April 27 at 9 a.m.
