Scott Rudder, president of the CannaBusiness Association, says other states that have legalized recreational marijuana are a template of what to expect.
"Whether you're talking about edibles, drinks or lotions, all those things are readily available in other states, will come here to New Jersey as well. And working with a group like Atlantic Cape and their Academy of Culinary Arts program, to really refine, to help train the next generation of work force, is really rather exciting," Rudder said.
The curriculum is expected to be ready in April.
