Believe it or not, there is a little extra stress for Eagles fans this year, according to psychologist and Temple University professor Frank Farley.
He says last season's Super Bowl win is to blame.
"Eagles fans would be very emotionally involved in staying at the top, because they haven't had that experience a lot in the past. Therefore, it can be quite stressful because of that," Farley said.
Farley says while watching the Birds play, that heightened stress can lead to high blood pressure and other issues, but it's important to remember some key things to help fans from stressing out.

Remember you are not in control of the game, that the game is fleeting, and, chances are, it will not impact your personal life.
"If you're really stressed out, talk to somebody about it. A trusted friend, a loved one, a family member," he added.
Farley says keep in mind that no matter what happens, there's always next year.
He also adds that it can be easy to get lost in the heat of the moment, but do not let the moment control you.
