Scott Hoopes has been involved in various traffic and broadcasting jobs since 2013.
He graduated from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting in Cherry Hill, NJ in 2016 with a certificate in Radio/Television Broadcasting and Performance. After graduating, he began his career broadcasting for the Collegiate Water Polo Association and then transitioned to working as a traffic editor in 2017 for the United States Traffic Network.
More recently, Scott held a managerial role at Trafficcast, which is now Iteris, Inc in their Traffic Operations Center where his expertise in traffic grew.
In his free time, Scott volunteers for the Boy Scouts of America in Montgomery and Chester Counties where he currently serves as an Assistant Scoutmaster & Troop Committee Member. Scott earned his Eagle Scout in 2012 and was selected to the Vigil Honor in 2014. He has been an active member in scouting for over 20 years. He also volunteers with the Royersford Fire Department and has been a member since 2021.
When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog, and trying new food.
