PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Eagles legend Jason Kelce is at the top of the music charts with "Maybe this Christmas." With a little help from rock icon Stevie Nicks, the retired Eagles center has dethroned the queen of Christmas herself, Mariah Carey.

The holiday ditty — featuring the Philly Specials (Kelce and offensive tackles Lane Johnson and Jordan Mailata) and Nicks — is currently sitting at No. 1 on the iTunes Top 100 Christmas Songs. The list changes daily.

And that's not all. All three songs the Philly Specials released last week from the new album, "A Philly Special Christmas Party" — officially out on Friday, Nov. 22 — shot to the top of the iTunes list.

"Santa Drives an Astrovan," featuring special guest L.A.-based indie rock band Mount Joy, which has roots in Philadelphia, is right up there at No. 2, sending Carey and her 1994 smash "All I Want for Christmas is You" on a sleigh ride down to No. 3.

The collaborators performed the song outside of Lincoln Financial Field on Thursday in front of tailgaters ahead of the Eagles' win against the Commanders.

And at No. 6 is the third track, "It’s Christmas Time (In Cleveland Heights)," features special guests Boyz II Men as well as Kelce brother, Taylor Swift boyfriend and Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

The album will also be released on limited-edition vinyl. Beneficiaries from sales of the music include Children's Crisis Treatment Center and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
