PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — We are celebrating all of the accomplishments of everything femme, female and feminine—past, present and future—this Women's History Month.

Learn about women's suffrage from the Brandywine River Museum of Art, take a Badass Women's History Tour, and toast to our Madam Vice President with woman-owned Dock Street Brewery's latest brew.

Women's History Month

The Brandywine River Museum of Art presents Votes for Women: A Visual History, an online exhibit that focuses on all of the ways that the suffrage movement and women's rights impacted the U.S. 100 years ago and today.

Go on a Badass Women's History Tour with Beyond the Bell. Hear about cool colonial women, change makers, women in medicine, and more pioneers who have made their mark on our city of brother love and sisterly affection. Private group tours for up to five people begin at $200.

This Friday night, explore the untold stories of women around the world in Queens, Warriors, and Archaeologists: Women of The Penn Museum. The museum illustrates how different societies think of womanhood and gender, and poses the question to viewers to see how women are represented and self-represent across time and space. Tickets are $10, and participants are also encouraged to purchase dinner and/or drinks from a women-owned business.

Discover can't-miss Philly sites honoring women's impact on the region and the country on the Women's History Trail of Greater Philadelphia. Women such as Harriet Tubman, Betsy Ross, Patti LaBelle, and many others have played a pivotal role in Philadelphia since the city's — and the nation's — founding. Celebrate history-making Vice President Kamala Harris with woman-owned Dock Street Brewery's Madam Vice President can release this Friday. Funky, soulful beats will be spun, and the artist who created the artwork on the label will be selling prints and more.
