EVENT: “Singing With Pride” - A Virtual Concert

DETAILS: Join The Philadelphia Gay Men’s Chorus for a virtual concert celebrating Pride. You may even hear some of your favorite Lady Gaga and ABBA anthems.

EVENT: First Friday Exhibit Opening Night: PRIDE

DATE/TIME: Friday, 6 to 8 p.m.

WHERE: SoHa Arts Building, 1001 White Horse Pike, Haddon Township, New Jersey

DETAILS: Join SoHa Contemporary for their opening night of PRIDE, an exhibit celebrating LGBTQIA+ art and life. The exhibit will be on display for the rest of June and July.

EVENT: First Fridays Movie Nights Under the Stars & Stripes

WHERE: Betsy Ross House,  239 Arch St, Old City

DETAILS: Every first Friday of the month, the Betsy Ross House hosts a movie night. The science-fiction horror “Attack of the Crab Monsters” will be playing this month.

EVENT: Outdoor Movie Night! “The Wiz”

DATE/TIME: Friday, 7:30 p.m.

WHERE: Cooper’s Poynt Waterfront Park, 801-811 Delaware Ave., Camden, New Jersey

DETAILS: Ease on down the road in Camden with this special outdoor movie showing of “The Wiz.” Bring your own blanket or chair. Snacks will be provided.

FESTIVALS

EVENT: Philadelphia Latin Film Festival

DETAILS: The 10th annual PHLAFF showcases the work of emerging Latino and Latinx filmmakers. On Friday, cinéSPEAK is partnering with the festival to present a collection of short films at Clark Park in West Philly.

EVENT: Philadelphia Flower Show

DATE: June 5 to 13

WHERE: FDR Park, 1500 Pattison Ave. and South Broad Street, South Philadelphia

DETAILS: The Philadelphia Flower Show is moving outdoors for the first time ever at FDR Park. The show’s theme, “HABITAT: Nature’s Masterpiece,” is split up between three different districts that combine horticulture, music, shopping and more.

EVENT: Chinatown Scavenger Hunt
