PHILADELPHIA (94WIP) — The new Philadelphia Eagles' Kelly green helmets have been released, courtesy of Chester Springs, Pennsylvania-based company TempLids.
The paint job is apparently done by Sport Coat, a longtime helmet pain manufacturer.
Fans have been fired up for nearly a year about the return of the Kelly green uniforms, which owner Jeffrey Lurie announced last March would be returning in 2023.

In June of 2021 the NFL announced a new policy allowing teams to use two different helmets, which was previously preventing the Eagles from wearing the Kelly green unis with a matching helmet, something Lurie did not want to do.
Now, they have a helmet.
