NEW JERSEY (KYW Newsradio) — A 19-year-old from Pennsauken was arrested earlier this week after he was caught recording videos of men on his phone inside a public bathroom.
Evesham Township police say a customer at a Burlington store on Route 73 complained Sunday that someone was reaching under the stall and recording them while using the bathroom.
When officers entered the bathroom, they said David Reyes was still inside.
Police say he was collecting videos for his own sexual gratification.
Police say Reyes was charged with invasion of privacy. He was released and is pending his first appearance in Burlington County Superior Court.
