PHILADELPHIA (KYW NEWSRADIO) — A 19-year-old woman was stabbed to death in Lower Makefield Friday afternoon.
Police say they were called for a disturbance on Waterford Road just before 3 p.m.
When they arrived, they found 23-year-old Trevor Weigel stabbing the 19-year-old.
Police say Weigel fled the scene and started stabbing himself while being chased.
According to our partners at NBC10, the officers used a taser to stop and capture him.
He was taken to the hospital and is under police guard. The woman was transported to the hospital, where she died.
Police do not yet know what led to this, but are calling it a domestic incident.
