PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police said two men were injured after a shooting early Saturday morning, near the Temple University campus.
It happened around 12:40 a.m. on North 16th Street and Cecil B. Moore Avenue in North Philadelphia.
Police said the streets were filled with people walking when the shots rang out.
According to investigators, a 22-year-old man was shot in the foot, while a 37-year-old man was shot in the arm.
Both men were taken to a hospital, where they were listed in stable condition.
Police were able to use video surveillance to identify a suspect, who is in custody. The gun was also recovered.
A vehicle and building were also struck by gunfire.
