PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are looking for two men they say graffitied the side of a building in Center City.
The men are seen on video around midnight on Aug. 22 spray painting a building at 15th and Walnut streets. Officials say the damage is worth about $500.
One of the men was last seen in a gray hat, black t-shirt, tan pants and white sneakers. Police say he has dark hair and a mustache. The other also has a mustache and was last seen wearing a red and blue hat, a black jacket and black pants.
