PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Former reality TV star Bam Margera is back in jail in Chester County. Police said he violated his probation.
Margera was sentenced to six months probation after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct. He was charged with assaulting his brother and threatening his family. Police said he punched his brother, rupturing his eardrum, in their Chester County home in April 2023.
Margera’s lawyer said there are no pending charges and they are in the process of “straightening this all out.”
The former “Jackass” and “Viva La Bam” star has a court hearing scheduled for Monday.
