PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A 13-year-old boy was hit by a car while riding his bike in Southwest Philadelphia Thursday night. He is in critical condition.
Philadelphia police said the boy was crossing Island Avenue at Lindbergh Boulevard around 7:45 p.m. when he was struck by a Ford Fusion.
The driver stopped and stayed there until police arrived.
Authorities have not said if the driver is facing any charges.
