NEW JERSEY (KYW Newsradio) — A Haddon Township man has been arrested and charged with arson and stalking-related vandalism.

In 2017, Camden County officials received a report of a vehicle fire at a house along the 1000 block of Concord Circle in Haddonfield. Two years later, in 2019, a person reportedly threw a concrete block through a window at that residence and, in 2021, another vehicle fire was reported. The fires remain under investigation.

Just this past year, on Oct. 21, 2023, around 1:15 a.m., another car was set on fire at that same house.

According to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office, surveillance video captured a person pouring gasoline onto the car and lighting it on fire.

Less than a month later, they say a bench was vandalized on High Point Drive in Medford Township.

Through the use of digital evidence, prosecutors say they identified 42-year-old Michael McNeely as the suspect.

He was arrested Friday and faces numerous charges, including aggravated arson and criminal mischief for the October 2023 car fire; criminal mischief for the 2019 and November 2023 incidents; and stalking on multiple occasions from 2019-2023.
