4 charged in deadly Burlington Township Walmart double shooting

Albert Williams, 17, was killed; his father was injured during the shooting

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Authorities in Burlington County have arrested and charged four men in a double shooting that killed a teenager and injured his father.

Charges are filed against four men from Willingboro in the shooting that killed Albert Williams, 17, and injured his 44-year-old father, Dion Williams, at a Burlington Township Walmart on October 7.

Burlington County prosecutor Scott Coffina said the father and son from Hammonton were in the Walmart parking lot to meet with the suspects for undisclosed reasons.

There was an argument, then shots were fired.

Kayrhee Simmons and Jayviyohn Earley, both 19, are charged with first-degree murder and other offenses.

Azza Kamnaksh, 19, and Kweli McCants, 20, are also in custody and facing several charges including conspiracy to commit robbery for their alleged involvement in the incident.

Kamnaksh and Earley are also charged possession with the intent to distribute marijuana and weapons offenses.
