PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Bail has been increased to $4 million for the dirt bike rider accused of jumping on and smashing a woman’s car windshield, and then pointing a gun in her face while her kids were inside the vehicle.

Cody Heron, 26, is charged with simple assault and recklessly endangering another person for the Oct. 1 incident, which happened near City Hall.

He was originally charged with making terroristic threats, but those charges have been dismissed due to a lack of evidence.

The encounter was captured on video and shared across social media. Videos show a gun falling out of the dirt biker’s pocket. When the woman exits her car and confronts him, he waves a gun in her face and head-butts her with his helmet still on.

Bail was initially set at $2.5 million, but a judge increased that during a hearing on Monday.

Heron is scheduled for a formal arraignment on Oct. 30.
