PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Authorities in Delaware have charged the manager of a Delaware County swim school with having unlawful sexual contact with a teenage lifeguard.
New Castle County detectives said the 16-year-old victim spent several nights at the home of Todd Hill, 46, on South Cannon Drive in Wilmington. The investigation began after police looked into a sexual assault reported at that residence.
Hill is the manager of the Kids First Swim School in Aston, where the alleged victim was employed as a lifeguard. Authorities said the teen went on a trip to Mexico with Hill in January. Investigators also discovered concerning text messages exchanged between the two.
Hill was arrested at his home on Tuesday and remains in custody after failing to post bail. Anyone with more information about Hill to help the investigation is asked to contact New Castle County Police in Delaware.
