PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are trying to find the gunman who killed a dog and critically wounded a man in Kensington Sunday night.
Officers were called to a lot on Kensington Avenue, near Front Street, around 10:45 p.m.
There, they found a man who had been shot multiple times and took him to the hospital.
While at the scene, police also found a dog shot to death.
Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to contact police.
