PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A group of people threw eggs at the South Jersey home of Eagles offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo the morning after the Eagles lost to the Bears on Black Friday, officials said.
A video circulating online shows people throwing objects at Patullo’s home. Some speculated online that the objects were rocks, but Moorestown police confirmed they were, in fact, eggs. Police said an investigation is underway.
On his WIP show, Jordan Mailata defended Patullo, saying the recent criticism he has been receiving is “a little unfair.”
“He was a big part of our team last year and our offense that won the Super Bowl, so I just don’t know why he’s getting so much hate,” he said.
Mailata fans should instead be putting the blame on the players.
