PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — There was a scary scene at FedExField immediately following the Eagles' win over the Washington Football Team, as a bunch of fans fell over the railing and nearly landed on Jalen Hurts.

"I'm happy everybody's safe from it," the second-year Eagles quarterback said after the game and the incident.

Luckily, Hurts avoided the fall, but then amazingly helped up the Eagles fans and took a photo with them.

"That's crazy stuff right there. That was a real dangerous situation," he said.

"I'm so happy everybody bounced back from it...it seemed like it. The passion of the Eagles fans. I love it."

Hurts had another excellent performance on Sunday, leading the Eagles to their fourth straight win and sixth in their last seven games, as they remained in a position to earn a wildcard playoff berth in the NFC.
