PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Twenty-one years ago, Danielle Imbo and Richard Petrone vanished after leaving a bar on South Street in Philadelphia. The case has stumped investigators for more than two decades.
The couple was seen on surveillance video on Feb. 19, 2005, walking to Petrone’s car — a black 2001 Dodge Dakota pickup truck. Neither they nor the vehicle have been seen since.
At the time, both were parents to young children.
Through the years, investigators have followed up on what they call “promising” tips, but the two are still missing. On the anniversary of their disappearance, the FBI is again asking for the public’s help in its ongoing investigation.
The FBI is offering a $15,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest and conviction.
