SOUTH JERSEY (KYW Newsradio) — A corrections officer at FCI Fort Dix has pleaded guilty to having a sexual relationship with an inmate.
The U.S. Attorney of New Jersey said 27-year-old Jordan Pensak and the inmate had sex in January of this year and that the pair exchanged explicit texts and videos on phones the inmate illegally possessed.
Investigators said text messages from Pensak to others indicated she may have been pregnant with the inmate’s child.
Pensak was charged with sexual abuse of an individual in federal custody. She faces a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison.
Sentencing is scheduled for Feb. 10.
