GLOUCESTER TWP., N.J. (KYW Newsradio) — Police in Gloucester Township have released images of a woman caught on doorbell camera video stealing packages from three homes earlier this month.

This comes just after police announced a plan to place GPS trackers in some dummy packages to catch porch pirates.

According to officials, the woman would take the packages and load them into a white Dodge Journey SUV before driving off.

Police say in one instance, the woman knocked on the door and when the resident confronted her, she claimed she worked for UPS and delivered the package to the wrong home.

Anyone who recognizes her is asked to contact the Gloucester Township Police Department at 856-228-4500, or call their Anonymous Crime Tip Line at 856-842-5560.
