PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police arrested a man accused of shooting and killing a man and a woman inside a home in North Philadelphia last month.
The pair were found shot to death inside the male victim’s home near 18th and Diamond streets on Dec. 19.
Police said both victims — later identified as 39-year-old Terell Sanders and 36-year-old Jocelynn Marshall — were shot multiple throughout their bodies.
On Monday, police said 46-year-old Bilal Simmons was arrested in connection with their deaths. He is charged with murder and related firearms offenses, including possessing a gun as a former convict.
