PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A man accused of shooting a woman outside a Wells Fargo bank in Northeast Philadelphia during a dispute earlier this week is now facing charges.
Ronald Kling, 26, turned himself in at police headquarters on North Broad Street on Tuesday.
Investigators said he shot a 61-year-old woman in her thigh Monday morning after she got into a verbal dispute with another woman in the bank parking lot, located on Bustleton Avenue in Rhawnhurst.
Kling and the other woman fled the scene in a Kia Sorento.

The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Kling is charged with aggravated and simple assault, terroristic threats, and related offenses.
