PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A man is dead after he was stabbed in a McDonald's parking lot Tuesday night.
It happened at Torresdale and Erie avenues in the city's Frankford section just after 10 p.m.
Police say they found the body of 30-year-old Matthew Maguire when they arrived. He had multiple stab wounds to his neck, throat, back and shoulder. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Shortly before the stabbing, Police say Maguire was in an argument with a man and woman outside the McDonald's, and it turned physical.
Police are questioning several people but they have not made any arrests so far.
