PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A man is in critical condition after his car collided with several others in Northeast Philadelphia Saturday night.
It was around 11:40 p.m. when officials said the 55-year-old man suffered a medical emergency while driving along the 9200 block of Academy Road.
Investigators said the man experienced a medical emergency and lost control of his vehicle, crashing into three other parked vehicles. No one was inside those cars at the time.
The 55-year-old was taken to the hospital and placed in critical condition.
This is an ongoing investigation.
