PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A man was shot and critically injured outside the Lonnie Young Recreation Center in East Germantown overnight.
It happened around 12:30 a.m. Friday on Ardleigh Street, near Chelten Avenue.
A neighbor told police they heard an argument, followed by gunshots.
The man was hit multiple times, and he was taken to the hospital in a private vehicle.
Detectives are questioning the man who took him to the hospital. They are also looking for a second vehicle, a light-colored SUV, caught on surveillance video leaving the scene and heading toward Chelten Avenue.
