PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Philadelphia police are investigating after a shooting in the city's Overbrook section left a man fighting for his life.
According to officials, the shooting occurred around 5:15 Wednesday evening near North 54th Street and Morse Street.
Police on scene found a man suffering from gunshot wounds, but they did not say where he was shot. Officers took him to a nearby hospital, where he's listed in critical condition.
Investigators have not figured out a motive and don't have descriptions of any suspects. Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
