PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police are looking for a man who tried to sexually assault a child outside a rec center in North Philadelphia.
It happened around 9:15 p.m. on March 28 outside the Cecil B. Moore Rec Center on 22nd Street.
Authorities said the man first encountered the child inside the nearby Red Fox corner store on Lehigh Avenue, then followed that child to the rec center.
